In Antwort auf: -Round-Pick???? Bissie billig, meiner Meinung nach....
...find ich auch, aber für die fantasy-league, bzw. für mein Team ist es gut, denn ich habe Shields, der jetzt dann wohl öfters spielt!!

If you dropped the gloves in the office over an injustice and bloodied your boss, you'd get slapped with a lawsuit and five years in the tank. Drop the gloves in hockey and you get five minutes.
Außerdem is Shields mE nicht die absolute No.1^, da brauchen sie eigentlich noch nen Top No.2 Goalie. Wer is des jetzt eigentlich in Boston?
"Eishockey ist doch ganz einfach, man muss sich nur den Puck schnappen und ins Tor schießen." (Brian Sutter, Head-Coach und Ex-Spieler der Chicago Blackhawks)
BUFFALO, N.Y. -- A day after the Buffalo Sabres filed for bankruptcy, a judge approved a $10 million line of credit on Tuesday that the team can use for operating expenses.
Judge Michael J. Kaplan approved the credit, which acts as a revolving line, meaning the Sabres will have revenue coming in and money to expend, said Dan Brown, an attorney for Erie County.
The Sabres filed for bankruptcy protection Monday, becoming the second team in a week to seek relief from creditors. The Ottawa Senators did the same last week.
In court papers, the Sabres list more than 1,000 creditors. The fourth-biggest creditor, the Vancouver Canucks, said Tuesday the Sabres do not owe them the $442,199 listed for an unspecified contract.
After looking into the situation Monday, Canucks president and general manager Brian Burke said it likely related to a back payment Buffalo owed Alexander Mogilny after a 1995 trade sent him to Vancouver for Michael Peca, Mike Wilson and a first-round draft pick in 1995 (Jay McKee).
"I've reviewed the trade memo and it's clear to me that it's not money owed to us and so all I can say, all I conclude, is it's a mistake," Burke said. "We do not owe Alexander Mogilny money, we do not owe the Buffalo Sabres money and we expect the league to rectify this."
A call to an NHL spokesman was not immediately returned Tuesday

Flyers Notes | Former Flyer Tocchet joins Avalanche staff By Tim Panaccio Inquirer Staff Writer
Rick Tocchet has landed in Colorado.
The 38-year-old former Flyers right wing, who was forced out of hockey last season because of recurrent knee problems yet never announced his retirement, has joined the Colorado Avalanche as an assistant coach.
An 18-year veteran player, he would actually bring more professional hockey experience behind the Avs' bench than rookie head coach Tony Granato, who had 12 years of playing experience before retiring.
Granato replaced the fired Bob Hartley on Dec. 18.
Tocchet was en route to Colorado last night and could not be reached for comment.
"I'm thrilled," Tocchet said in a statement released by the Avs.
"The Avalanche organization has an exceptional track record, and the challenge of continuing this tradition is something very appealing to me. I know many of the players... and I'm looking forward to working with them."
It was assumed that Tocchet would land a job somewhere in the Flyers organization. He was offered a scouting position last summer but declined. Tocchet wanted to be Flyers head coach after Bill Barber was fired, but Ken Hitchcock was hired instead.
...hahaha, jetzt krallen sie sich auch noch abgehalfterte!!

VOORHEES, N.J. -- The Philadelphia Flyers signed free-agent right wing Joe Sacco to a one-year contract Wednesday.
Financial terms were not available.
Sacco is scheduled to make his debut with the Flyers on Thursday night against Montreal.
The 33-year-old Sacco, a former U.S. Olympian, had four goals and seven points in six games with the Phantoms, Philadelphia's AHL affiliate.
The Flyers are Sacco's fifth NHL team. He also played for Toronto, Anaheim, the New York Islanders and Washington. He has 93 goals and 207 points in 704 career NHL games.
Also, the Flyers placed right wing Tomi Kallio on waivers.

Phoenix gets Pellerin and conditional pick in 2004
SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- The Phoenix Coyotes traded veteran right wing Claude Lemieux to the Dallas Stars on Thursday for left wing Scott Pellerin and a conditional pick in the 2004 draft.
Lemieux, 37, had just six goals and eight assists in 36 games this season but missed nine games with a fractured foot.
Coyotes officials did not immediately return calls seeking comment, but it was believed Lemieux's multimillion-dollar salary was a contributing factor for the cash-strapped team.
Lemieux signed with the Coyotes as a free agent in December 2000 after stops in Montreal, New Jersey and Colorado -- playing on four Stanley Cup championship teams along the way.
"Claude adds experience, depth and versatility to our forward group," Dallas general manager Doug Armstrong said. "He is a proven winner who has a postseason resume that speaks for itself. We feel he will make an immediate impact for our organization."
Pellerin, 33, had one goal and three assists in 20 games this season.
Phoenix will be Pellerin's seventh stop in his 10-year NHL career. He previously played for New Jersey, St. Louis, Minnesota, Carolina and Boston before joining the Stars this season.
