Nachdem Theoren Fleury Anfang Oktober wegen Verstoße gegen die von der NHL auferlegten Bewährungsauflagen mit sofortiger Wirkung vom Spielbetrieb ausgeschlossen wurde, ist es ihm nun offiziell gestattet worden, wieder für seinen neuen Arbeitgeber, den Chicago Blackhawks, sein Eishockey zum Besten zu geben. Ausschlaggebend waren für den Disziplinarausschuss Verbesserungen im Umfeld des 34-jährigen Kanadiers, dessen Gesundheit, sowie seines mentalen Zustandes. He returned to New York, the place where he reached "rock bottom" last season with the Rangers. But the Blackhawks winger is back with a new resolve, and is on the rise. The winger scored again Wednesday in Chicago's 4-3 win over the Rangers. Fleury has three goals in four games since returning from a violation of the league's aftercare program.
