Mens PanAM Games
Team Canada Inline (Men’s National Team) captured Gold at the FIRS 200 2 World Inline Hockey Championships, along with our Women’s National Team. Both teams will travel to the Czech Republic for 2003 to defend their titles.
In 2002 the GLI had two current and one graduate player that were active members of the Gold Medal Men’s team. This says volumes for the caliber of players that the GLI is producing and will continue to produce for the future National Team Program.
CIHA will organize a National 24U Team for the 2003 World Championships (June 28-July 6, 2003) and will take our veteran squad to the 2003 Pan Am Games (Aug.11-14, 2003). This is to begin to prepare our younger players for future World Championships and developing a larger pool of players for future National Team events.
