Normalerweise dachte ich immer,dass ein Center so ungefähr der Spielmacher einer Reihe ist,der gut Bully spielt,den Puck verteilt usw.....deshalb frage ich mich warum in aller Welt der Lance Nethery den Christoph Sandner als Center stellt.Er hat gestern von 20 Bullys 18 Stück (!!!!!!) verloren.Zweifwelsohne sind Fortier und Girard gute Bullyspieler,aber die Sache mit Sandner will einfach net in meinen Kopf....das Gleiche hatten wir letztes Jahr mit Selivanov:Damals sollte ein Top-Center geholt werden ,der jedoch wohl im letzten Moment absprang und es wurde mit Alex ein Wing geholt ,der dann Center spielen musste und nahezu jedes Bully verlor.....dieses Jahr dasselbe:Ein Center sollte kommen,mit Adams wurde ein Wing geholt und nun muss eben auch ein Wing(Sandner) den Center machen....ich versteh es einfach nicht....die Herren in der Führungsetage müssten doch soviel Ahnung haben,dass wir für jede Position genügend Spieler vorhanden haben sollten....dennn die Centerposition ist DIE WICHTIGSTE IN EINER REIHE...

Naja eigentlich würde ich ganz klar zu Montgomery tendieren, da er schon einmal in Deutschland gespielt hat!!!

Und Holzinger... mhmm hat eben in den letzten Jahren konstant NHL gespielt

Ich würde beide nur im Notfall nehmen. Einer mit Erfahrung auf der großen Eisfläche wäre mir lieber! Für eventuelle Eingewöhnungszeiten ist kein Spielraum!

Armstrong wäre ok. Montgomery hat vor mehr als 4 Jahren in Deutschland gespielt. Ich hätte gerne einen, der die letzten 2 Jahre in Europa gespielt hat. Am liebsten aus der Schweiz (Marke Jesse Belanger) oder Finnland (Marke: Peter Schaefer - der aber zugegeben leider kein Center ist). Optimal fände ich einen Spieler der so um die 150 bis 200 NHL Spiele gemacht hat und die letzten beiden Jahre in Europa gespielt hat. Und natürlich gelernter Center! (hm, vielleicht sollte ich mal nen Wunschzettel an den Weihnachtsmann schreiben).

Nein, im Ernst, das ist meine optimal-Vorstellung. Was davon wir wirklich bekommen und wo wir Abstriche machen müssen? Wir werden es sehen. Ich hoffe aber, es kommt nahe an diese Vorstellung heran. Allerdings vertraue ich Lance und Bernie, dass sie wissen was das Team braucht und sie werden Schröder das schmackhaft machen.

also wenn ich jetzt unter den von met geposteten einen center auswählen müßte, dann würden bei mir 3(4) spieler in frage kommen:

1. MacLean
2. Armstrong
3. Montgomery
(4. Barrie)

der vorteil von maclean ist, daß er noch relativ jung ist (25), somit voll im saft steht, aktuell spielpraxis hat und regelmäßig scort.
armstrong ist auch ein guter scorer, von den stats aber nicht so gut wie maclean. außerdem ist er 29.
montgomery ist von den stats der beste spieler, ist aber a) schon 33 und b) mit relativ wenig spielpraxis.
barrie laß ich jetzt mal unkommentiert, da meiner meinung nach ein starker center sofort benötigt wird und nicht erst in 2 monaten !

man sollte das alter bei einem kauf jetzt nicht unberücksichtigt lassen, da unser kader ja sowieso schon sehr alt ist !

naja, alle spieler sind mehr die vorbereiter als torschützen. eigentlich bräuchten wir beides, aber wohl primär einen der endlich mal unserem mr. chancentod zeigt wo der hammer hingehört !
