Was nichts an der Tatsache ändert, dass er bisher die Goon-Rolle im Team ausgefüllt hat, wenn auch mit gemischtem Erfolg. Schade, dass der Franczfurter immer noch verletzt ist, wenn der Nittel am Sonntag zu Gast ist.
Zu 1: Klar verloren gg. den Dumm-Russen ? Nööö, würde da auch auf ein Unentschieden setzen, da Francz zu Anfang den Fight richtig dominiert hat mit 4-5 Punches, bis Karachun zurückkam.

Das ist ja auch nicht unbedingt zu erwarten. Offensichtlich nimmt Descoteaux am Probetraining teil, um einen guten Eindruck zu hinterlassen auf der Suche nach einem neuen Job. Wir müssen ihn deswegen ja nicht sofort verpflichten. Aber es kann ja auf keinen Fall schaden, zu sehen, was der Kerl draufhat, um ihn evtl. später in der Saison kurz vor den POs (HOFF !) zu verpflichten. Dann wüsste man schon mal zumindest über seine Stärken/Schwächen bescheid und könnte schnell handeln.
Zum derzeitigen Zeitpunkt würde es mich stark wundern, wenn wir eine Neuverpflichtung unternehmen würden.

Beim 11:0 gegen Czech Attack leichtes Spiel mit dem Gegner - Desjardins und McInnis kommen
[Press Release, TOL-OH] Die Toledo Neckbreakaz haben seit Sonntag die Tabellenführung in der 2. Liga der FHL übernommen, die sie sich durch einen klaren 11:0 Sieg gegen die Mannschaft von Czech Attack verdient hatten. Dabei brauchten sie noch nicht mal ihren GM Dr. Shaijtan, der aufgrund des baldigen Drafts das Scouting selbst in die Hand genommen hatte, sondern wurden exzellent von ihrem Assistant Coach Holy Palooza betreut. Insbesondere die Left Wings Cory Stillman und Markus Näslund spielten beim Sieg mit ihren Toren und Assists entscheidende Rollen. Aber auch die Risiko-Verpflichtung von Marian Gaborik zahlt sich mit 2 Assists diese Woche und seinem ersten Tor aus der Vorwoche langsam aber sicher aus. Gaborik kommt immer besser in Tritt und diejenigen, die den General Manager aufgrund der wegen des Vertragsstatus riskanten Verpflichtung des Nationalspielers stark kritisiert hatten, sind längst verstummt.
Zudem nahmen die Neckbreakaz diese Woche weitere personelle Änderungen vor: Al McInnis, der momentan aufgrund seiner Verletzung nicht spielt, wurde in die Injured Reserve aufgenommen und Janne Niniima überraschend gegen Eric Desjardins getauscht, die beide bisher ähnlich performed haben in dieser Saison. Desjardins erhält einen Pay-per-Play-Vertrag, bis McInnis seinen Verteidigerplatz einnehmen wird. Mit McInnis dürfte die Abwehr der Neckbreakaz definitiv an Qualität gewonnen haben, nachdem der Sturm bereits nahezu optimal besetzt ist.
WATCH OUT: Spannend wird sein, wen die Neckbreakaz diese Woche insbesondere mit ihrem 8. und 9. Draftpick auswählen werden.
